Owner-managed from start to finish.

When you work with Pineapple Cove, you work directly with me throughout the project. I handle the estimate, oversee the preparation, manage the painting, and complete the final walkthrough personally.

My goal is simple: clear communication, dependable service, and a home that feels cared for from beginning to end.

Quality products built for Florida homes.

Florida weather is tough on exterior paint, which is why proper preparation and quality materials matter.

We use premium Sherwin-Williams products, including Emerald and Duration exterior coatings designed for Florida sun, rain, humidity, and coastal conditions.

Every project also includes thoughtful prep work — cleaning, sealing, sanding, masking, and protecting surrounding areas — to help create a finish that looks clean and lasts.

Meet Martin

The painter behind every Pineapple Cove project.

Hi, I'm Martin.

I started Pineapple Cove Painting Company to bring a more personal and dependable painting experience to homeowners here on the Treasure Coast.

I've spent years working on residential repaint projects throughout the area, with a focus on clean work, clear communication, and careful attention to detail throughout every stage of the project.

One of the things I enjoy most about this work is watching a home come back to life. There's something rewarding about seeing faded, weathered paint restored into a clean, refreshed finish that homeowners can feel proud of again. I enjoy helping people protect their investment and restore the beauty of a home they truly care about.

Whether it's a full exterior repaint or a smaller interior project, the goal is always the same: quality work done right.

I keep my schedule manageable so every homeowner receives the time, communication, and care their project deserves. From preparation and painting to cleanup and final walkthroughs, I stay closely involved to help make the experience smooth, organized, and respectful of your home.

Where I Paint

Proudly serving Treasure Coast homeowners.

Pineapple Cove Painting Company is based in Palm City and proudly serves homeowners throughout Martin County and Port St. Lucie.

Because I live and work here locally, communication stays personal, scheduling stays organized, and every project receives the attention and care it deserves.

From family homes in Palm City and Stuart to growing neighborhoods throughout Port St. Lucie, my focus is always on dependable service and quality work done with care.

What's Included

Careful preparation. Clean work. Lasting results.

Every project is approached with care, attention to detail, and respect for your home from beginning to end.

Pre-project walkthrough

Before work begins, we walk the project together, review the surfaces being painted, and go over preparation, repairs, colors, and expectations so everything is clear from the start.

Pressure washing and surface cleaning

Exterior surfaces are properly cleaned before painting to help remove dirt, chalking, mildew, and buildup so the new finish adheres properly.

Protection for landscaping and surrounding areas

Landscaping, pavers, walkways, pool areas, and nearby surfaces are carefully protected throughout the project to help keep your property clean and respected.

Full preparation and masking

Windows, doors, lighting, fixtures, entryways, and surrounding surfaces are masked and protected before painting begins. Preparation includes scraping, sanding, caulking, patching, and other surface prep as needed.

Two coats of premium Sherwin-Williams paint

We use quality Sherwin-Williams products across every project, with two coats applied on exterior repaint projects for clean, even, and lasting coverage.

Daily cleanup and organized work areas

Tools, materials, masking, and work areas are kept organized throughout the project so your home stays clean, safe, and comfortable while work is underway.

Final walkthrough

Before the project is complete, we walk the home together to review the finished work and make sure everything has been completed with care and attention to detail.

Schedule a walkthrough when the time is right.

Every project starts with a simple walkthrough to look over the home, discuss the scope of work, and answer any questions you may have.

Because I stay personally involved in every project, walkthroughs and estimates are scheduled around active painting work to make sure each homeowner receives the time and attention their project deserves.

After we review the home together, you'll receive an estimate by paper, text, or email.

Documenting Every Project

From faded and weathered to clean and refreshed.

Every project includes before and after photos so homeowners can clearly see the transformation of their home from preparation through the finished repaint.

Frequently Asked

The questions Treasure Coast homeowners actually ask.

Are you licensed and insured?

Florida does not license residential painters at the state level. Pineapple Cove Painting Company carries general liability insurance and a Florida Workers' Comp construction-class exemption (DFS-F2-DWC-250a). A certificate of insurance is available on request before any work begins.

What kind of paint do you use? Will it last in salt air?

We use premium Sherwin-Williams products, including Emerald exterior coatings, to help Treasure Coast homes stay beautiful, protected, and well cared for year after year.

How long does an exterior repaint take?

A single-story Treasure Coast exterior typically runs four to six working days, prep through final walkthrough. Two-story homes run six to ten.

Can you work around my schedule, pets, kids, or snowbird travel?

Yes. Schedules are coordinated at the walk-through. Daily clean-up means the home stays liveable through the project. Snowbird timing windows are common on the Treasure Coast and accommodated.

Do you handle HOA color compliance?

Yes. HOA color approval letters, palette confirmations, and architectural review submissions are part of how we work. The Treasure Coast has more strict-palette HOAs than most Florida markets — handling them properly is part of the service.

How much does it cost to paint a house on the Treasure Coast?

Every home is different, so I price each project exactly at a free in-home walk-through. Size, one story or two, prep condition, and the number of colors all factor in. You get a written estimate on paper, by text, or by email, and it holds for 30 days, so you can compare quotes without any pressure.

When is the best time of year to paint a house in Florida?

We paint year-round on the Treasure Coast. October through May brings the driest exterior weather, and we plan summer exteriors around the rain week by week. Summer is also an ideal window for interior repaints.

How many coats of paint do you apply?

Two full coats on every exterior, always — using premium Sherwin-Williams coatings rated for Florida sun, humidity, and salt air. No single-coat shortcuts.

Do you help with color selection?

Yes. We confirm your exact colors on a sample board on your own walls, in your own light, before any full application — including HOA palette confirmations where they apply.

What is your warranty?

Workmanship warranty terms are written into your estimate before any work starts. Coverage is honored by Pineapple Cove Painting Company directly — not pushed onto the manufacturer.

Do you take a deposit? When is the balance due?

A 50% deposit at project start, balance due at the final walkthrough. Cash or check accepted.
